Getting refills called in is impossible

I called the refill line and requested a refill on a prescription. They never filled it. The next day I called the receptionist and she took down the message and said it would be called in that day. Again, it wasn't. Called the next day and talked to the receptionist again. She was very rude and made excuses. Well, I personally have worked many years is a doctors office and have never did this to one of my patients who needed refills. It doesn't take a lot of time to do this. Anyway, it still hasn't been called in and it has been almost a week. I am leaving their practice since I had to go to urgent care to get my allergy medicine. That is ridiculous!

Experience with Dr. Deep

Sends me to other doctors, who ask why she is not taking care of those aspects of my care for me, as they say she should. Waste of eeryones time and money.
